At Snow Fox Skincare, we want you to love your ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items and opened skincare products may be subject to specific eligibility criteria.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the email address used for the purchase to begin the process.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional gifts if a full refund is requested.
Attach Shipping Label
Once your return is authorized, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
